Brigit McMahon

Brigit joined the Lifespan team after graduating as a physiotherapist in 2024. Brigit completed her Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Intermediate Coaching course in 2022. She also competed as an elite gymnast for 13 years.

Prudie joined Lifespan in 2022. Prudie is particularly interested in rehabilitation and hydrotherapy, and has previous experience as a swimming teacher and coach. Outside work, Prudie spends her time training and racing in triathlons.

Hannah Speedy

Hannah joined Lifespan in 2025. Hannah is interested in supporting children to build confidence in their movement and daily function. Hannah has previous experience as a learn to swim instructor, and enjoys reformer pilates and training for half marathons.
