Fees & Key Service Terms

Clear pricing, based on the support your child needs

Our fees reflect the professional time involved in providing high-quality allied health care — including time spent directly with your child and family, as well as the clinical reasoning, planning, documentation and coordination that supports safe and effective therapy.

Our private fees are reviewed regularly to reflect the cost of sustainably delivering allied health services. NDIS-funded services are charged separately in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which may result in a lower fee than our usual private rate.

We will always discuss expected fees with you before providing additional supports outside your scheduled appointments.

How our fees work

Private & Medicare

Our private fees are set independently and reflect the professional time, expertise and resources required to provide our services. Where a Medicare rebate is available, the full appointment fee applies and the eligible rebate can then be claimed.

NDIS-funded services

NDIS-funded services are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. This means the amount we can charge may be lower than our usual private fee for the equivalent professional time.
