Venetta Lilley

Venetta, or Vee as most families and team members know her, joined Lifespan Therapies in 2023 and works across the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting our team and helping ensure families have a positive experience throughout their time with Lifespan.

Vee brings extensive experience in practice and business management, having spent eight years as a Practice Manager within a dental clinic before joining Lifespan. She holds Diplomas in Business Management, Marketing and People Management, bringing together her experience in people, systems and customer service to support the smooth running and ongoing development of the clinic.

Having known Liz for more than 12 years, the pair had long joked about one day working together. In 2023, the timing was finally right, and Vee became an integral part of the Lifespan team.

Outside of work, Vee enjoys camping and 4WDing with her fiancé Mike, their daughter Piper and their two dogs, Watson the Dachshund and Harper the Kelpie. She is also heavily involved in basketball, where she trains and coaches referees at an elite level.
