Tiana Odessa

Occupational Therapist Intern

Tiana joined Lifespan Therapies at the end of 2025 as an Allied Health Assistant and is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of the Sunshine Coast. After graduating this year she will join the Lifespan team as an OT.

Working alongside our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists has given Tiana the opportunity to build valuable hands-on experience while completing her studies. Under the guidance of our therapy team, she is able to put her growing knowledge into practice while developing the clinical skills and confidence that will support her transition into becoming an Occupational Therapist.

Tiana is passionate about helping children build skills, confidence and independence in the things that matter to them. She loves building meaningful relationships with children and their families and creating a fun, engaging and supportive environment where children feel comfortable to learn, practise and grow.

One of Tiana’s favourite parts of her role is being part of a child’s therapy journey and celebrating the progress and achievements that happen along the way.

Outside of work and university, Tiana enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, grabbing a coffee and going for long walks. On a warm day, you’ll most likely find her at the beach or exploring a local market.
