Tiana Odessa

Hi, I'm Tiana, and I'm the Allied Health Assistant at Lifespan Therapies. I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

I joined Lifespan at the end of 2025, and my role as an Allied Health Assistant has given me the opportunity to strengthen my skills while learning alongside our Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. This role has been an incredible complement to my studies, allowing me to gain valuable hands-on experience and put the knowledge and skills I've learned at university into practice. The support and guidance I receive from our therapists has been invaluable in helping me develop my confidence and skills as an emerging Occupational Therapist.

I am passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential and love being part of their therapy journey. I enjoy building meaningful connections with children and their families and helping create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, travelling, grabbing a coffee, and going for long walks. My favourite way to spend a warm day is at the beach or exploring markets nearby.
