Pranisha Raniga

Pranisha joined Lifespan Therapies after graduating from Australian Catholic University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.

Pranisha is passionate about supporting children to develop their communication skills in fun, engaging and meaningful ways. She also enjoys working with children and families around feeding and mealtime goals, helping to make everyday mealtimes feel more positive and manageable.

Pranisha believes every child communicates in their own unique way. She takes a strengths-based and individualised approach, working closely with families to understand what matters to them and tailoring therapy to each child’s strengths, needs and goals.

An important part of Pranisha’s approach is helping families feel confident supporting their child beyond the therapy room. She enjoys sharing practical strategies that can be incorporated into everyday routines, interactions and play, helping children practise and build their skills where they matter most.

Outside of work, Pranisha loves exploring new cafés and restaurants, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and keeping up with Formula 1. At home, her three cats also keep her thoroughly entertained.
