Alison Imeson

Aly joined Lifespan Therapies in 2024, bringing experience in medical administration alongside a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Her background as an early childhood educator gives Aly a strong understanding of child development and the importance of recognising developmental concerns early and connecting children and families with the right support.

As our Clinic & Community Coordinator, Aly leads our customer service team and supports families from their very first interaction with Lifespan. She works closely with families and our clinical team to help navigate enquiries, appointments and services, while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly.

Aly also leads Lifespan’s community connections across Brendale, Strathpine and the Moreton Bay region. Drawing on her early childhood degree & experience, she builds and supports partnerships with early learning centres, schools and community organisations to strengthen pathways for early identification, developmental support and inclusion within the places children spend their everyday lives.

One of Aly’s favourite parts of her role is building genuine relationships with families and community partners and helping make accessing support feel clear, welcoming and connected.

Outside of work, Aly enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, soaking up the sun at the beach and heading out on kayaking adventures with her family. If you see her around the clinic, she’s always happy to say hello and hear about your family’s latest adventures.
