Brigit McMahon

Brigit joined the Lifespan team after graduating as a physiotherapist in 2024. Brigit completed her Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Intermediate Coaching course in 2022. She also competed as an elite gymnast for 13 years.

Prudie White

Physiotherapist

Prudie joined Lifespan in 2022. Prudie is particularly interested in rehabilitation and hydrotherapy, and has previous experience as a swimming teacher and coach. Outside work, Prudie spends her time training and racing in triathlons.

Physiotherapist

Matt joined Lifespan in 2023. Matt has previous experience working as a personal trainer, and completed a university placement at the Queensland Childrens’ Hospital 3D Gait Lab. Outside work, Matt loves watching and playing football (soccer).
